1. Who you are contracting with

2. What this service does

At the request of the account holder, TrustImpression publishes performance metrics taken from their professional account on a public page with a unique address.

3. Your account and public address

A public address is assigned in the order it is claimed. It stays attached to your account for as long as that account is active. We may release an address in a case of clear identity impersonation.

Some words are reserved for the site itself and cannot be claimed.

4. Accuracy of the numbers

Metrics are shown exactly as they come from the source, with no reprocessing and no favorable rounding. When a reading could not be established, the page reads Verification pending and no claim of verification is displayed anywhere.

Figures are read when your page is displayed, not kept in an archive: the platform they come from limits how long they may be held, and we hold to that limit. A number can therefore change between two visits, and the service does not offer a historical record of it.

5. Access to your LinkedIn account

The service reads data from a third-party account with the permission of its holder. That permission is read only, and it can be withdrawn at any time, by you from your settings or from LinkedIn, and by the platform itself.

LinkedIn is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. TrustImpression is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or verified by LinkedIn. We do not control that access and cannot guarantee it will remain available.

6. Pricing and beta

During the beta, every plan is free. Each account gets 30 free days once billing is switched on. The rate an early member subscribes at stays theirs for as long as that subscription runs.

The prices in force are the ones shown on the pricing section of this site.

7. Availability

During the beta the service is provided as it is, with no availability commitment. It depends on access to a third-party platform that we do not control, and that access can be restricted or withdrawn at any time. Features described as coming are intentions, not commitments.

8. Ending your account

You can disconnect your account or delete your data at any time from your settings. Deletion is immediate on our live systems and cannot be undone. Backup copies are rotated out within 30 days, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account releases your public address, which then becomes available to someone else.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, where the company is registered.

If you use the service as a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.

10. Updates

These terms may change. The version in force is the one dated at the top of this page.
